The original registers are in the care of the NRO, from whom copies on film or photocopies may be purchased. The registers may also be seen on film at Mormon Church (LDS) centres. Prior to 1752, entries for 1 Jan to 24 Mar are listed under the relevant Julian calendar year but are marked by an entry (e.g. 1726/7) in the notes column. Three unnumbered pages are inserted in the register between pages 19 and 20: they contain entries for 1746 to 1750 that are either duplicates of entries on numbered pages 23-25 (though often with slightly different dates) or are additional to them. A footnote on page 19 reads: ""NB: See for the years 1745, 1746, 1747, 1748, 1749 & 1750 in Pages 23, 24, 25."" It appears that the unnumbered pages were inserted after 1752, since the years are divided according to the Gregorian calendar. The records from these unnumbered pages are marked ""on insert"" in the notes column.
