How to Cook Your Life

I saw How to Cook Your Life movie at the Carlton cinema on Dec 5. It was a good movie, not a great movie, but worth watching none the less. It is a documentary about a Zen Buddist chef, Edward Espe Brown, who teaches Buddism through cooking and working with food. He talks about his life and how he might not always have the patience he wishes but he realizes that he is just human.
