Life begins at 33

This past weekend I attended Podcamp Toronto and had an amazing time. One of the big things I took away from the weekend was the idea of Personal Branding. What does it mean to have a Personal Brand?

Now I have three blogs, this one which I consider my personal blog, but not my personal brand. Professionally I have my company blog, Digital Mouse Works where I write about anything to do with computers and technology. I also have my PhotoFrog blog for publishing my pictures. So what is my Personal Brand? Well, I guess it would be a mixture of the three. The question now is, should they all be combined into one blog/website? What do I want to be my Personal Brand? Perhaps the time has come to have personal marketing companies, who will come up with your brand, logos, images etc?

If I am applying for a job, what do I want my Personal Brand to reflect? As personal and professional lines are blurred in the online world, how does this affect what we say and do online?
